Advanced voice based blind stick with voice announcement of obstacle distance


Abstract:
The main aim of this project is to assist the blind persons without the need of another person. It is well known that the blind people carry a hand stick with them whenever they need a support. Sometimes even when they use this stick, there is no guarantee that the blind persons are safe and secured in reaching their destinations. There may be an obstacle in their path but is not encountered by the person with the help of the stick. Thus, the people may be injured if the obstacle is big enough or dangerous. Thus, a design has been developed to assist the blind and provide them a clear path.


Now a day’s so many useful technologies are coming out to make our life style more comfort, luxurious and secure. In this project we use ultrasonic module to detect the object and ARM7 micro controller to play distance through voice alert.

Real time voice based station name announcement system in trains or busses to alert the passengers using ARM7 and RF


Abstract 
The main aim of this project is to play the name of the forthcoming station in busses or trains so that the passengers can get awareness of their current station and they can get down at their destination station only.



In present bus systems conductor or driver has to shout about present station name and sometimes they may forget and in trains, in night times we cannot find the forthcoming station and also strangers to particular area also do not know about the stations that they are travelling.

Virtual care taker-voice guider for patients/old aged persons/dumb persons

 Abstract:
In this busy and competition world we cannot monitoring our elders (aged people) and patients continuously even though we have so much of love on them .whenever any person is unable speak then this system helps them to play some basic and emergency voice messages according to user needs. These voices will be played through speaker so that nurse or their care takers in home can come and help them immediately. By using advancements in present technologies we are developing this project to save time and user friendly system.

Industrial safety and security system with voice alerts and message alert through GSM


Abstract:

Security is primary concern for every one. There are many ways to provide security at industries. This Project describes a design of effective security alarm system that can monitor the industries or some shops with different sensors and sends alert messages through GSM modem. And this system also gives voice alert to nearest people about so that they will alert from danger
This project is mainly useful in shops, apartments, banks and in industries. In this project we will monitor fire accidents, gas leakages, over temperature, entering into no access zone, etc.

Bank token display system with token and counter number announcement feature


Abstract:


Mostly in banks, when the customers go for any transactions in banks, they find a long queue and have to stand in the queue until they get their turn. This is a very hectic and irritating process. To avoid all these, we have designed a small and flexible project.


In this project we will display the counter number with the token number to be served at that counter and also we will give same information through voice announcement so that users get better service.

RFID based attendance system with welcome voice messages

 Abstract:
 
It is every human responsibility to follow echo friendly systems as we know how our environment getting polluted. One of the echo friendly systems is avoiding paper usage as much as possible. This can be achieved easily with help of advancement in technologies.
Now a day’s so many technologies are coming out to make our lives more comfort, user-friendly and luxurious. In this project we are replacing current paper based attendance system with RFID technology and also we will give confirmation of attendance recording with voices messages.

Embedded Secured Elevator system with Voice confirmation of floor number and alert messages


Abstract:


Security is prime concern in our day-to-day life. Every one wants to be as much as secure as to be possible. An access control systems forms a vital link in a security chain. The microcontroller based lift operating system presented here is an access control system that allows only authorized persons to access the lift. This system also gives the voice messages about floor number and door opening and closing status and also alert about fire accidents.

The system comprises a small electronic unit with a numeric keypad, which is fixed outside the lift to control a solenoid-operated lock with the help of a DC motor.

 Present world is being ruled by technologies and there are many advanced technologies especially in the field of electronic are coming out to make our lives more comfort, user friendly and luxurious with low cost. In this project we will control the electrical appliances from anywhere in the world by using our mobile and this system also gives voice feedback about status of appliances whether they are getting switched ON or OFF.


This project will be implemented on DTMF technology with ARM7 based advanced micro controller LPC2148.Dual-tone multi-frequency signaling (DTMF) is used for telecommunication signaling over analog telephone lines in the voice frequency band between telephone handsets and other communications devices and the switching center.

Bank safety and security system with voice alert and call alert to police station through GSM

In this project we will provide security with the help of GSM and micro controller technology in embedded systems.
This Project describes a design of effective security alarm system that can monitor the banks with different sensors using and send immediate alert to nearest police station using GSM modem. And this system also gives voice alert to nearest people about so that they will alert from danger.

Speaking clock-Time announcer for visually impaired persons

Abstract:

The main aim of this project is to assist the blind persons without the need of another person. Blind persons and aged people can do some works themselves but they cannot see time. This project announce the current time through speaker or through headphones whenever the user requests. This can be achieved easily by using advancement in technology especially in the field of embedded systems.
Now a day’s so many useful technologies are coming out to make our life style more comfort, luxurious and secure. In this project we are using advanced ARM7 based LPC2148 32 bit micro controller.
The NXP (founded by Philips) LPC2148 is an ARM7TDMI-S based high-performance 32-bit RISC Microcontroller with Thumb extensions 512KB on-chip Flash ROM with In-System Programming (ISP) and In-Application Programming (IAP), 32KB RAM, Vectored Interrupt Controller, Two 10bit ADCs with 14 channels, USB 2.0 Full Speed Device Controller, Two UARTs, one with full modem interface.

Color recognition and color name announcement system

Abstract:
The main aim of this project is to assist the persons those who are suffering from Color blindness and cannot recognize the object color with their eyes. Color blindness is an anomaly which happened in retinal of eye(s) which prevent the patient to recognize or differentiate certain colors. The disability of the patient to recognize color is potential to cause problems to the patient in daily life. Color blind cannot be cured. Therefore, the only method to help color blind people to recognize or differentiate color is with a vision aid kit 
In this project we will identify the color of the object you want and also play the voice message about name of the color identified. This can be achieved easily by using advancement in technology especially in the field of embedded systems.

Substation monitoring and controlling system with voice alerts

Abstract:
This project aims at continuously monitor the load conditions of the substation. It also monitors the temperature of substation. If the load increases beyond the substation’s rated capacity, the microcontroller will automatically shut down the substation. This project will give voice messages about the fault so that we can take necessity action immediately.
If the temperature of the substation increases, then the   microcontroller will automatically starts the cooling system for the substation. If the voltage ratings of     the loads increase beyond the rated values, the system immediately shuts down the substation i.e., the power will be disconnected to the substation from the mains supply.
