Industry/Home automation using TFT LCD and touch screen

Now a day’s so many useful technologies are coming out to make our life style more comfort, luxurious and secure. With advancements in technologies now we are able to design more user friendly systems with low cost.
Now a day’s users expecting smart products with more innovation, creativity, user friendly and security, etc. So in this project we are designing a system to control electrical appliances in home or office or industry just by giving a smart touch on image of the respective load and these images are displayed on the TFT LCD for more clarity of the picture.    

Digital slate-an innovative slate for easy and fast learning process


Abstract:

Previously technologies are used and understandable by literate people only but now technology is reaching children also for making their learning process more fun, understandable and creating curiosity in them to study.
Now a day’s users expecting smart products with more innovation, creativity, user friendly and security, etc. So in this project we are designing a digital slate system for children to learn alphabets and to practice drawing. TFT LCD is used as digital slate.

CAN based dash board implementation and display data on TFT LCD


Abstract:

dashboard is a control panel placed in front of the driver of an automobile, housing instrumentation and controls for operation of the vehicle. In present vehicles many advanced digital dash boards are being implemented with more accuracy to provide more safety and user friendly driving systems.
The main aim of this project is to designing dash board with parameters like fuel level, seatbelt alert warning system, safety system with airbag control system, etc. This project will be implemented using CAN protocol and the micro controller used is ARM7 based LPC 2148 32 bit controller. And the data will be displayed on TFT LCD for mote clear and attractive visible. TFT LCD (Thin film transistor liquid crystal display) is a variant of liquid crystal display (LCD) which uses thin-film transistor (TFT) technology to improve image qualities such as addressability and contrast. TFT LCD is an active matrix LCD, in contrast to passive matrix LCDs or simple, direct-driven LCDs with a few segments.
