Touch screen controlled Wheel chair for patients and physically challenged persons with capacity up to 100Kgs


Abstract

This project will help physically challenged persons and patients to operate their wheel chair without need of second person. Depends upon the user operating requirement we can use suitable technology to operate the wheel chair like MEMS, touch screen, voice recognition, etc. The project aims at designing a wheel chair for physically disabled people using touch screen. The system contains control systems, manipulators, power supplies and software all working together to perform a task.

The project aims at designing a system to guide the aged people by announcing the name of the thing requested by the user using voice alert and zeegbee technology. The system contains control systems, manipulators, power supplies and software all working together to perform a task.


The system accepts the input from the user’s voice. The voice IC interfaced with the microcontroller allows the system to store a good number of messages.

Touch screen based smart home automation

ABSTRACT

Home automation is used to controlling of home appliances. In this project we are going to develop an embedded system, which will control all these devices with wireless RF communication.


In this project we are using 8051 based microcontroller for controlling the equipments in the home. TOUCH SCREEN with RF communication is used to communicate and respond to the remote commands. This automation system can also be used for home applications with small modifications. It will control the home equipment via RF communication.
