INTELLIGENT VEHICLE WITH ALCOHOL DETECTION FOR DRIVERS AND SMART HORN


Abstract
In recent years, it has become a fantasy that the people put their lives in risk. More often, the people consume alcoholic drinks and drive the vehicles. There are more chances that the person can hit the vehicle to any obstacle approaching him in the opposite direction due to unconsciousness caused by drinking. Many a times, we hear this kind of news in the television or read in the news paper and finally, when the situation comes to us, we are not at all concerned with it. Hence, we make a modest attempt to design and develop a simple, low cost alcohol breath analyzer using an inbuilt microcontroller.

SMART BLIND STICK WITH ULTRASONIC SENSOR


Abstract
The main aim of this project is to assist the blind persons without the human need. It is well known that the blind people carry a hand stick with them whenever they need a support. Sometimes even when they use this stick, there is no guarantee that the blind persons are safe and secured in reaching their destinations. There may be an obstacle in their path but is not encountered by the person with the help of the stick. Thus, the people may be injured if the obstacle is big enough or dangerous. Thus, a design has been developed to assist the blind and provide them a clear path.

LONG RANGE LIQUID LEVEL MEASUREMENT IN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES


ABSTRACT


In spinning mills Petrochemical based cleaning solutions are used for cleaning of raw cotton. This petrochemical liquid is pumped from tank to the process container by using an AC motor. The process container is the capacity of 2000 liters. The motor takes more than one hour to fill the process container. An operator has to pay attention to the container to switch off the motor to avoid overflow of petrochemical.

pH meter for industrial applications


Abstract
                         pH is a measurement of the acidity or alkalinity (base) of a solution.  When substances dissolve in water they produce charged molecules called ions.  Acidic water contains extra hydrogen ions (H+) and basic water contains extra hydroxyl (OH-) ions.
                           pH is measured on a scale of 0 to 14.  Neutral water has a pH of 7.  Acidic water has pH values less than 7, with 0 being the most acidic.  Likewise, basic water has values greater than 7, with 14 being the most basic.

Abstract
Security is primary concern for every one. There are many ways to provide security at homes or in industries. The main aim of this project is to continuously monitor the house or industries and if any fire accidents occur, the system should alert the siren and also inform immediately to the person concerned. This is a purely wireless project using GSM modem and totally eliminates a person who has to monitor the house all the time.

TEMPERATURE AND LIGHT CONTROL OF AN INCUBATOR

Abstract
An incubator is an infant stimulating system used for intensive care of the newborn, premature or sick baby. It provides a safe and clean environment, which has fresh air, clean and sterile ambient conditions for the babies. In addition to these, the incubator environment provides a homogeneous and stable temperature, oxygen gas concentration that is needed especially for intensive care of the premature baby.
Since the incubator is a medical device and has a lot of limitations as other medical equipment, the most suitable temperature measurement and light intensity measuring methods have to be used.

BRICK SENSOR USING COLOUR SENSOR

Abstract

This project is used to separate the bricks of different color. In this project we are using a color sensor interfaced with the microcontroller. This color sensor identifies color and gives serial output of RBG value. It can identify 16.7 million color shades giving RGB value for the detected color. The detected color is identified as amount of three primary color values namely Red, Green & Blue with 8 bit accuracy for each primary color. Any color can be separated or combined into three primary colors Red, Green and Blue using the RBG values.

PATEINT SAFETY SYSTEM USING HEART BEAT MONITORING AND TEMPERATURE


Abstract

The project deals with the design and development of hardware and software for temperature and heartbeat measurement of a patient over GSM mobile.

The data which are recorded continuously in this project are Heartbeat and Temperature. This analog quantity is taken and converted into corresponding digital values using ADC. This converted digital value is sent to the microcontroller. The microcontroller temporarily stores this value.

Intelligent security and safety system for colleges and industries

Security is primary concern for every one. There are many ways to provide security at colleges or in industries. This Project describes a design of effective security alarm system that can monitor the colleges or industries with different sensors using GSM modem.

This project is mainly useful in colleges or in industries etc to continuously safeguard colleges and industries. The status of all the sensors is monitored continuously and whenever any of the sensors is triggered or activated, the response is identified by the microcontroller using the burglar alarm along with this if the main door is closed without closing the inner doors it will give the alarm.
