This will be seen mostly during the examination seasons.

Real time vehicle tracking with vehicle location indication on Google earth

Abstract

Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) is an advanced method used to track and monitor any remote vehicle equipped with a software unit that receives and transfers signals through GPS satellite. AVL is a combination of Global Positioning System (GPS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) that provides actual geographic real time position of each vehicle. The entire transmission mechanism of AVL setup depends on GPS satellite, a receiver on the vehicle, a radio system and controller based tracking for dispatch. The radio communication system is generally the same as cellular phone network.

Efficient power saver for street lights using LDR, RTC, LEDs light with solar power

In this huge population world power is becoming as essential as human life. So we cannot stop using power but we do not have sufficient power sources to be used. So we have to reduce the wastage of power usage. In this project we consider present street lights controlling system because most of the power is wasted in this present process. This project aims at saving the electrical power upto maximum extent using sensors and real time clock. In this competitive world, human cannot spare his time to perform his daily activities manually without any fail.

With the title itself, one can understand that this project is exclusively used to give the information of the forthcoming station to the passengers in the train. Most of the passengers do not bother about the stations arriving until their destination station arrives. There may also be chances like they miss their destination and has to get down at some other station and go back to reach their destination. To get rid of this kind of problems, we have designed a project Automatic Station Indication System.

In this busy and competition world we cannot monitoring our elders (aged people) and patients continuously even though we have so much of love on them .By using advancements in present technologies we are developing this project to save time and user friendly system .

The user has to press the respective button to get his service, and then the predefined message will be played through speaker. In general, most of the patients forget to take the appropriate medical course at appropriate times.

This project will help physically challenged persons and patients to operate their wheel chair without need of second person. Depends upon the user operating requirement we can use suitable technology to operate the wheel chair like MEMS, touch screen, voice recognition, etc. The project aims at designing a wheel chair for physically disabled people using touch screen. The system contains control systems, manipulators, power supplies and software all working together to perform a task.

The main aim of this project is to provide security to the two wheelers. The system automatically locks the vehicle as soon as it receives a predefined message from the user.

This project uses the wireless communication, GSM. To receive the messages from the user mobile, we need a GSM modem. This modem will be interfaced to the microcontroller through serial interface. The modem provides the communication interface.

AUTOMATIC MARKS ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM THROUGH SMS

The aim of the project is to send the student’s marks to their parents mobile whenever the examinations are conducted. This application is carried on using wireless communication, GSM. At the end of the examinations and when the results are out, the marks of the students will be sent automatically to their parents mobile. Initially, the marks will be entered and save in the PC. Each and every student’s marks will be sent to the predefined mobile number. The main intention to design this kind of applications is to put the student’s thoughts and actions into right path.

AUTOMATION OF TOLL GATE AND UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE DETECTION

Abstract

The main aim of this project is to atomize the toll tax system and stop the unauthorized vehicles at the toll gates not allowing them to cross the city. The system consists of modules such as RFID reader, GSM modem, LCD, gate controlling unit and buzzer.

Toll gates will be arranged at the city outskirts. Whenever the user vehicle wants to cross the city, he has to pay the toll tax and then he is permitted to move forward.

ELECTRONIC HEALTH CARD

Abstract

Most of the people, aging around 35 to 45, suffer from few regular problems like arthritis, diabetes, blood pressure etc. These people have to go to the concerned specialists for regular check ups to maintain their health properly. The doctors advise the patients with necessary things to follow and also prescribe with medicines if necessary. The doctor maintains a record of the patient and also suggests the same to the patient. In this process, they provide prescriptions to the patients so as to bring along with them in their next visit. Whenever the patient goes to the doctor for his/her check up, the doctor initially observes the prescription having the details of the patient’s health record and then performs the basic tests like the pulse rate, body temperature of the patient, weight etc.

The most common modes of public transport are the buses. When we arrive at a bus stop, we are not sure if the bus that we want to board has left the bus stop or not. We don’t even know how much time it will take for the bus to arrive. We have designed this project trying to solve this problem to provide better service to the passengers using RFID.
